Strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet our customers’ needs.
Confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings with Regional Manager.
Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite.
Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory of products and assist customers as needed.
Requirements
5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or business-to-business sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
Proven success in sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
Experience selling in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
Experience working in or supporting the Operating Room (OR) environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Competitive, driven background (athletics or similar high-performance environments strongly preferred).
Education or training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environments.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
