Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions.
Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business platforms.
Drive functional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.
Requirements
+5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions.
Strong expertise in payroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience with Integrho will be a strong advantage.
Background in implementing time & attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus.
Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
