About this role
Role Overview
Respond to daily inquiries from our users.
Handle customer requests via email, phone, and social media.
Ensure high-quality customer follow-up in line with our KPIs.
Contribute to the optimization of tools and processes.
Proactively report friction points and bugs encountered by customers to internal teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience (open to junior candidates with strong potential).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Impeccable written communication and spelling.
A dynamic personality and a humble attitude.
Patience, empathy, and rigor.
Comfortable with digital environments.
Ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong team spirit.
Problem-solver, able to find smart solutions.
Shares values of excellence, curiosity, and proactivity.
Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Knowledge of and interest in the press/media and new technologies.
Experience in a customer service role.
Familiarity with a ticketing tool such as Zendesk (major plus).
