Reporting to the VP of Innovation, the Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining product strategy, incubating initial product line, and bringing to market a GenAI Appeals solution in the Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) category.
You will operate with high autonomy, and be the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for development and launch of a new product line within 12 months.
Define and own Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy and product launch to Beta customers.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction creating cross-functional alignment amongst sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementation.
Hands-on customer engagement including regular onsite travel supporting product development, sales activities, and implementation.
Product evangelism through tradeshows, webinars, and thought leadership.
Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders.
Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating products.
Own products end‑to‑end from discovery through scale and optimization.
Drive prioritization decisions balancing customer value, business impact, and technical risk.
Lead competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning.
Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions.
Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes.

Requirements
1+ years working in 0-1 new product development in a Healthcare technology company
3+ years working in product management in the Healthcare technology industry
5+ years' experience working in Provider Revenue Cycle Management either for a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology company.
Expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management and familiarity with leading EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
Experience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support) toward shared outcomes.
Technical and architectural understanding, enabling effective partnership with engineering and technology leadership.
Produce high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.
Familiarity with modern products and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office).
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
