Building email templates and creating customer segments in the marketing automation platform
Designing and implementing automated customer journeys for multiple brands and channels
Managing customer data, including manual uploads and exports, while ensuring data accuracy
Creating reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Analysing data to draw insights and support strategic decision-making for future campaigns
Requirements
Prior experience in email marketing, including building segments and setting up automated journeys
Meticulous attention to detail; you’ll be building emails and campaigns to speed and accuracy is critical
Strong spreadsheet skills and an interest in advancing your knowledge
A basic understanding of customer lifecycle principles and experience in mapping customer journeys
Familiarity with GDPR principles (further training will be provided if needed)
Bonus points if you also have: Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other coding skills
Knowledge of CRM reporting and analytics with a proven ability to draw insights and inform campaign strategies.
