Tech Recruitment leader responsible for overseeing the selection processes for our clients' vacancies.
With support from the Commercial team, will ensure delivery of results and candidates to our clients.
Responsible for people management, metrics-based decision making, and reporting to the Executive Board.
This is a strategic role, ideal for professionals with experience managing a high volume of Technology positions, body shop/outsourcing/staff allocation, as well as team leadership and success metrics.
Requirements
Experience leading and developing tech recruitment teams, ensuring high performance and quality in hires
Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, ensuring efficiency and predictability
Define and execute talent attraction strategies for diverse profiles and regions
Define and optimize candidate acquisition channels (job boards, sourcing/hunting, referrals, social media)
Experience in developing, training, and coaching tech recruiters
Work directly on job prioritization and team allocation according to business demands
Track and evolve key recruitment metrics. Monitor and analyze team and process KPIs.
Monitor individual performance of Tech Recruiters
Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvements in selection processes
Structure and standardize scalable recruitment practices
Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
Act as a strategic partner to business areas and the client
