Produce and manage pricing exception reports; analyze drivers and develop proposed price actions with rationale for Sales leadership review.
Analyze pricing and margin data to support regional pricing strategy and decision-making.
Monitor and interpret cost/market indices and translate into pricing implications in coordination with Supply Chain and Import/Export.
Lead creation and documentation of the pricing process, improving consistency and auditability.
Develop and maintain pricing-related master data and supporting structures in ERP and related tools, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Partner primarily with Product Management and Purchasing, and secondary with Sales for market intelligence and implementation support.
Collaborate with Central Pricing in Germany to align on structure, standards, and regional adaptation.
Collaborate with Customer Service to incorporate and align spare parts pricing considerations and tools.
Track and communicate pricing effectiveness using defined measures; success includes ensuring margin variance remains limited and acceptable to Finance and regional leadership.
Requirements
Demonstrated pricing/cost analysis capability with a cost accountant mindset and strong business judgment.
Strong critical thinking and self-direction; able to bring structure to ambiguous problems and improve methods.
Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and work effectively across teams and levels.
