Role Overview
- Work on an international project in Peru.
Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP CRM – CS (Customer Service) module
- Knowledge of SAP CRM configuration and parameterization
- Experience working with definitions related to Sales Organization
- Experience in analyzing and resolving functional requirements
- Desirable knowledge of configuration structures/keys for the three levels that compose the CS object
- Analytical profile with strong communication skills for work in an international environment
- Must understand functional parameterization of SAP CRM CS related to the company’s commercial structure
- Experience in SAP CRM support or implementation projects
- Experience with configuration improvements and functional solution design
