Lead high-impact strategic consulting assignments (3–4 months) with IT/Data executive committees (CODIR)
Secure transformation roadmaps around IT, data and AI
Define strategies, roadmaps and executive business cases
Actively participate in business development
Contribute to the Consulting practice: presales, RFP responses, high-stakes pitches
Enrich offerings and convictions through field experience
Produce foundational assets: frameworks, benchmarks, methodologies
Deploy and disseminate OCTO approaches
Build advisory methodology fluency across OCTO’s extended teams
Ensure high standards of quality on engagements
Advocate our perspectives on major technological and data transformations
Contribute to shaping the evolution of our consulting offering in the era of AI

A solid technical skill base
At least 5 years’ experience in strategic consulting on IT, product and organizational issues, working with C-level clients
A technical background that enables you to work on a variety of assignments in data, Generative AI (GenAI), private/public cloud and the associated organizational models (agile, product mode)
A deep understanding of the strategic challenges faced by CEOs, CIOs and CDOs: technology sovereignty, and the impact of Generative AI on organizations and business models
A track record in strategic consulting characterized by strong communication skills, rigor and a focus on impact
A strong consulting mindset with the ability to structure analyses and present to an executive committee (CODIR)
Fluent English, both spoken and written
