Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning; respond to system emergencies as needed
Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot: End-user devices, Network hardware, Printers and scanners, Audio/Visual (AV) systems, Related software applications
Diagnose and resolve complex IT and hardware issues; coordinate off-site repairs when necessary
Provide AV support and communicate with third-party vendors as needed
Deliver hands-on training and technical support to staff on system usage and equipment operation
Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including servers, routers, switches, monitors, and peripherals
Document all hardware installations, failures, repairs, and removals
Track and manage IT equipment contracts and vendor services
Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma.
Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products, with exposure to deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a data center.
One (1) year of experience working in an Active Directory environment using system tools such as WireShark, Fluke Meter, Altiris, and Ghost.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Previous experience in a casino setting.
Experience with gaming systems, table game systems, cash-dispensing systems, and kiosk technology.
