About this role
Role Overview
- Install, configure, and commission IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Document interventions, procedures, and technical solutions.
- Maintain and update incident management and tracking tools (ITSM).
- Support and advise users professionally and with a pedagogical approach.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- CFC (Federal VET Certificate) in IT, ES diploma in IT, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Good knowledge of: Active Directory, SCCM / deployment tools.
- Workstation and peripheral management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Driving licence required (regular travel between multiple sites).
