About this role
Role Overview
Install, configure, and commission IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Document interventions, procedures, and technical solutions.
Maintain and update incident management and tracking tools (ITSM).
Support and advise users professionally and with a pedagogical approach.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
CFC (Federal VET Certificate) in IT, ES diploma in IT, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support and maintenance of IT equipment.
Excellent command of Microsoft Windows environments.
Good knowledge of: Active Directory, SCCM / deployment tools.
Workstation and peripheral management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Driving licence required (regular travel between multiple sites).
