Strengthen go-to-market messaging and positioning
Improve win rates and deliver revenue and profitability objectives
Contribute to corporate strategy, annual planning, and long-range growth initiatives
Standardize sales messaging, value articulation, and competitive positioning
Evaluate emerging AI, automation, cloud, and analytics technologies to enhance commercial effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field
12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or healthcare IT environments
3+ years of artificial intelligence and managed cloud services experience
Experience selling into hospitals, physician groups, health systems, or healthcare networks
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Experience leveraging sales technology, analytics, and data-driven sales practices
Experience commercializing AI, analytics, automation, or cloud-based technologies, preferred
Existing relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers, preferred
Miller Heiman or similar sales methodology training is a plus
