Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Role Overview

• Define and lead internal communications strategy.
• Shape and operationalize our internal voice.
• Lead internal executive communications.
• Lead communications for high-visibility company announcements.
• Build systems and processes for scale.
• Partner closely with the People team.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in internal or employee communications
• Proven ability to set strategy and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience in executive communications, including advising senior leaders
• Experience leading communications for high-stakes or high-visibility moments (e.g., company announcements, organizational changes)
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of voice and tone
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex processes
• A builder mindset—you’re energized by creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist
• Experience in mission-driven organizations is a plus.
