Responsible for the administration and operation of Fortinet solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, security policy definition, and incident troubleshooting.
Management and support of cloud telephony, covering VoIP, SIP, integrations, and call quality monitoring.
Administration of network infrastructure, including switches, corporate Wi‑Fi, and edge and core equipment.
Monitoring and management of internet links (MPLS, dedicated links, and SD‑WAN), ensuring high availability, performance, and redundancy.
Managing and resolving telecommunications incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Configuration and maintenance of cloud network environments (Azure, AWS, and OCI), including VPCs/VNets, subnets, route tables, gateways, firewalls, and security rules.
Ensuring operational compliance with Information Security guidelines and policies.
Continuous monitoring of the environment, identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities.
Proposing improvements, automations, and optimizations to network and telecommunications infrastructure.
Supporting the environment to ensure stability, availability, and security of services.
Analytical and organized profile, ability to work in critical environments and under pressure, good communication and teamwork, proactive attitude and sense of ownership, focus on stability, security, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory knowledge:
Prior experience as a Telecommunications or Network Analyst in corporate environments.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, routing and switching, corporate Wi‑Fi, and firewalls and network security.
Practical experience with Fortinet equipment.
Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or OCI), especially network configurations.
Experience in incident resolution, with analytical mindset and a sense of urgency.
Knowledge and application of Information Security best practices.
Differential knowledge:
Certifications: Fortinet (NSE, FCP or similar) and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP or equivalents).
Experience with SD‑WAN, network monitoring tools, and ITIL or incident management best practices.
