Role Overview

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
• Ensure responses to inquiries are completed timely and according to established service and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 6 months of Customer Service in a customer facing role
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and respond to customers promptly and professionally
• High School Diploma or GED
