Sourcing and identifying direct investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific
Managing deal teams, preparing investment committee inputs and presenting investment opportunities
Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing and exit
Taking board seats of portfolio companies as necessary
Review investment memoranda for, and participate in, investment committee meetings
Leverage existing and develop relationships with current and prospective operating partners and industry experts
Support the client solutions team on various capital raising related opportunities

8-10 years of direct investment experience in APAC Infrastructure, or Private Equity with a focus on "core plus"
Successful and proven investment execution and sourcing skills
Existing network in the advisory, banking, intermediary community and owners/operators within Infrastructure
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
Experience in team management in the deal team
Successful track record of providing guidance and mentorship
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to learn and succeed
