Investment Production Associate

Role Overview

• Creating, managing, and delivering high-quality, client-ready marketing materials
• Supporting the complete production process and timely delivery of financial product collateral
• Handling a range of recurring and ad hoc assignments such as research, reporting, and data sourcing
• Finding opportunities for continuous improvement, improving workflows through scalability, automation, and process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, or marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Curiosity to quickly learn and progress with internal systems and external tools like Morningstar Direct and Seismic
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot), macro programming, and process automation is desirable.
