About this role
Role Overview
Drive product excellence by leading quality assurance programs, improving processes, and ensuring compliance across production.
Oversee quality plans, audits, corrective actions, and documentation to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
Lead QA initiatives to meet production, quality, and customer‑service goals.
Develop and implement quality plans, hazard analyses, and control procedures.
Manage QA budgets, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
Validate and improve quality processes, specifications, and documentation.
Conduct audits, resolve quality issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support product improvements.
Prepare quality reports and track trends to prevent recurrence of issues.
Requirements
BS/BA in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or relevant field
5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Thermal or Electrical Engineering
Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills with results driven approach.
