About this role

Own and continuously improve planning processes to ensure optimal service levels and inventory performance
Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports to support planning decisions
Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and what-if simulations
Drive planning system utilization, enhancements, and data quality improvements
Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on robust data analysis

Understanding of demand planning and supply planning principles and best practices
Superb analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros/VBA is a plus)
Hands-on experience with planning systems (e.g., ERPs, SAP, S&OP tools)
Ability to structure complex data, identify patterns, and turn analysis into clear business recommendations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences
Experience leading or mentoring planners or analysts (Nice to Have)
Background in FMCG, pharma, manufacturing, or complex supply chains (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools (Nice to Have)
