About this role
Role Overview
Build relationships with customers via in-person, appointment, and virtually
Provide counsel while adapting a digital first mindset
Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
Process customer and account information
Recommend solutions based on customer’s goals and needs
Maintain working knowledge of banking products and services, including digital offerings
Provide optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing transactions
Educate clients on digital products and services
Collaborate with branch team members and partners to serve clients
Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
Basic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively
Experience in the financial services industry preferred
