About this role
Role Overview
- Lead, structure, and develop the sales team to manage the customer portfolio and identify growth opportunities
- Deploy commercial strategy and objectives defined by the Group / Cluster
- Define and implement the agency Commercial Action Plan
- Manage key customers and develop market share and revenues
- Monitor sales performance using dedicated tools and implement corrective actions when needed
- Promote CMA CGM products and services to customers and prospects
- Analyze market trends and sales performance; report regularly to General Management and Regional Office
- Ensure proper execution of sales processes and customer qualification standards
- Collaborate with Regional Office to align strategy, targets, and performance follow-up
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Inside Sales, Outside Sales) to ensure business development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in shipping or logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial mindset with customer focus
- Analytical skills and ability to drive performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
- Proactive, results-driven and adaptable
