Guide new and existing clients through all order processes; ensure high standards of quality and service

Provide strategic consulting; design bespoke benefits programs and identify opportunities for improvement

Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters, ideally in Compensation & Benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Confident handling of commercial/administrative matters
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills
Affinity for technical topics
