Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers and leadership on all HR related matters, including talent development, employee relations, performance management, change management, compensation, and organizational decisions
Ensure compliance with diverse global regulations and assist leaders in ensuring compliance
Support our GTM population spread across Australia, EMEA, and North America
Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including terminations, in full compliance with labor law to mitigate related risks
Collaborate with Legal and the Works Council (CSE) on regulated HR processes, including gender equality and employee life cycle management
Partner with Talent Ops and Legal teams to support workforce planning and HR data reporting
Requirements
Proven experience as HRBP, ideally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Solid knowledge of European and French labor law including disciplinary matters, Works Council (CSE) collaboration, and leave frameworks
Experience working with a predominantly cadre workforce is required; familiarity with the Syntec collective agreement (Convention Collective Syntec) is a strong plus
Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and executive communication skills
Analytical mindset with comfort around HR data, reporting, and compensation structure
