Degree from a top engineering school
More than 8 years of professional experience
At least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in a startup, IT services firm (ESN) or consulting company
Proven ability to drive delivery of complex projects: ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and creating value
Strong interpersonal and client skills: build trust and engage with top-management stakeholders
Ability to manage sensitive situations with calm and clarity
Solid feedback and management skills: active listening, ability to challenge and deliver demanding feedback in a spirit of collective development
Eagerness to learn, challenge your team, ask for help and be open to being challenged
