Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events
Support and translate the President’s strategic objectives into clear, actionable operational roadmaps
Provide structure and operational discipline into high-growth, decentralized entrepreneurial environments across the region
Work closely with local offices to identify improvement opportunities, align best practices, and resolve operational concerns
Establish regional governance and process improvements to drive consistency and efficiency while ensuring full compliance with global Live Nation safety standards
Serve as key point of contact between local promoters and international production teams
Manage and facilitate communication between internal departments to streamline processes
Oversee all other day-to-day operational matters for the region
Requirements
15+ years of operations, production, venue, live events, or touring experience across Latin American markets
Deep understanding of local business customs
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Prepared for extensive travel to the region
Superior interpersonal communication skills
Proven experience navigating through change and difficult environments
Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows for international events
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail
Advanced organizational skills
Ability to make clear concise recommendations to executive leadership
