Helping the sales team to improve their productivity managing administrative tasks between them and customers
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders on time
Providing assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems as could be
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Provide information and guides to help the sales team
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities
Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
CFGS/Degree Admin os similar
3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
