Role Overview

• Shape and lead IP function at Oklo
• Drive Oklo’s patenting efforts, including developing patent strategy and managing prosecution
• Lead IP-related negotiations, including licensing and technology transfer
• Support IP diligence for investments, M&A, and patent portfolio acquisitions
• Build scalable IP processes as Oklo grows

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• U.S. Patent Bar admission
• 5–7 years of IP experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Technical background in nuclear, electrical, or chemical engineering
• Experience in patent prosecution, IP licensing, and technology transfer agreements
