Requirements

• Qualified lawyer
• Significant in-house experience in commercial contracts
• Experience within HR-tech or SaaS environments
• Demonstrated leadership in managing legal teams
• Track record of complex negotiations
• Passion for using technology and AI to drive efficiency
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and build trusted relationships in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
