About this role
Role Overview
Configure, customize, and monitor procurement systems, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
Conduct UAT testing and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of procurement platforms.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining accurate access controls, audit trails, and reporting evidence.
Analyze procurement data, identify trends, and generate reports to visualize spending and compliance.
Evaluate adherence to procurement policies and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 2–5 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator.
In-depth knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems, including configuration and administration best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Project management skills: planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
Experience with system upgrades and data migrations.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, VAT, Data Privacy).
Familiarity with ERP systems, finance systems, and other procurement tools is a plus.
Coupa certifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and maintain composure under pressure.
