Role Overview
Influence outcomes: drive strategic initiatives across the entire cell therapy lifecycle – from clinical development through product launch and beyond.
Act as a central liaison and leader within cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with treatment centers and medical stakeholders.
Apply expertise to shape decision-making and advance projects.
Establish and optimize operational workflows at treatment centers.
Serve as a technical expert and trusted point of contact for cell therapy workflows.
Provide operational and clinical support for studies and commercial applications.
Requirements
Degree in a health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Physician Assistant, Life Sciences) or equivalent
Several years (approx. 8+ years) of relevant professional experience in cell therapy
Deep subject-matter knowledge of cell therapy processes, regulatory requirements, and clinical and operational workflows
Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external partners and managing complex projects
Strong skills in developing and optimizing care delivery structures and service models
Excellent communication and influencing skills across stakeholder levels
Experience with quality processes (e.g., deviations, CAPA, Change Control)
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel ~50% within the region.
