Role Overview
- You work with e-commerce/online shops
- You serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the team
- Close collaboration and regular check-in calls with clients
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Direct impact on clients' growth rate and profitability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Analytical mindset and creativity: interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
- Fluent German and solid written and spoken English
