Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Colombia international recruitment efforts
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Porch Group services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback
Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
Successfully partnered with stakeholders across corporate functions to deliver hiring outcomes.
Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
Supporting a requisition load of 10
20 positions full life cycle at any given time
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience; proven experience recruiting for corporate functions and Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across multiple business teams.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred
Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing tools is a must
Team player mindset with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
Passion for relationship-driven recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers
Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills in the English language.
