In-house support for Service Sales and close collaboration with Service Area Managers
Quotation support and preparation of basic quotes based on technical specifications
Support in service and maintenance contract management (preparing contract amendments, customer communication)
Interface between Service, Order Processing, and Customers
Maintain customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems
Support on billing issues based on service reports
Document management for service and service projects
General administrative and organizational support for the Service team

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Ideally, professional experience in service sales, inside sales, or technical service
Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
