Contribute to the improvement of the quality and environmental management system, and to the deployment of the Group's Health & Safety policy
Work on optimizing company processes through digital solutions
Support the QHSE team in its daily activities
Manage the documentation of the integrated management system by maintaining and sharing updates with other departments
Interface QHSE-specific processes with those of other departments (non-conformity tracking, training plans, internal audits, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.)
Participate in incident and accident analysis and in implementing appropriate corrective actions
Raise employee awareness of QHSE best practices
Build reports dedicated to QHSE performance indicators
Promote the Group's QHSE initiatives internally and externally
Proactively propose improvements to the management system and initiatives to promote QHSE culture
Requirements
Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment)
Project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
A strong interest in developing digital tools to automate tasks and support continuous improvement is a plus
