Role Overview
- Assisting on a wide range of tasks and activities to help support the progression of cases.
- Supporting Solicitors in handling cases and preparing for hearings and meetings.
- Calculating special damages.
- Conducting liability investigations.
- Reviewing medical records.
- Undertaking legal research.
- Attending court and clients, witnesses, experts and Counsel.
Requirements
- Some experience of running or assisting with multi track cases.
- Excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury and the civil litigation process.
- Excellent prioritisation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to construct clear and effective arguments.
