Role Overview
- Handle a caseload of person injury, fraud and motor related claims
- Conduct legal research, case preparation, and drafting legal documents
- Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation
- Prepare court bundles and manage the filing of legal documents
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression
- Assist with the investigation of claims, including reviewing evidence such as CCTV footage, accident reports, and witness statements
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for Solicitors
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Legal environment / similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and using case management software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience including insurance and litigation, preferably with some knowledge of personal injury, fraud and motor
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland legal system and civil litigation process
