Contribute to the continuous development of modern and effective Talent Acquisition strategies
Collaborate with your team to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization
Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, People & Communication, and business leaders across multiple functions and markets
Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Proactively source and headhunt top talent through modern sourcing strategies

Minimum 5 years experience working with full-cycle recruitment from in-house environment
Strong experience within sourcing and headhunting, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Confident in stakeholder management and comfortable supporting, coaching, and challenging hiring managers
Structured, collaborative, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and interested in modern Talent Acquisition methods, systems, tools, AI, and data-driven recruitment
Experience working with assessment tools such as Assessio is considered a plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a plus
