Secure gifts between £1,000 and £10,000 from individuals
Create sustainable relationships that will enable life-saving work
Nurture relationships with existing and prospective supporters to increase annual donations
Develop and implement tailored fundraising cultivation and stewardship strategies

Significant experience of successful fundraising of four and five-figure gifts
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent relationship manager with the ability to engage external and internal stakeholders, and leverage connections
A keen networker
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, database management, and web-based technologies such as Sharepoint and MS Teams
