Role Overview
- Lead and execute end-to-end device and packaging technology deployment projects
- Drive strategic equipment and process initiatives to enhance product robustness and efficiency
- Own the technology lifecycle from concept assessment to large-scale deployment
- Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee and execute critical equipment acceptance protocols
- Ensure timely review and approval of critical design and validation deliverables
- Ensure seamless coordination among key project stakeholders
- Manage the full supplier relationship lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's (B.S.) or Master's (M.S.) degree in Engineering, Science, or closely related technical field
- 7+ years of technical Project Management experience focused on equipment and technology deployment
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing)
- Solid understanding of cGMP, ISO standards, and FDA regulations
- Deep knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to lead and support process development and technology scaling
- Familiarity with Automation/MES systems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English
