About this role
Role Overview
As a national Junior Key Account Manager – Out of Home (m/f/d), you will be responsible for successfully implementing our brand and establishing our products with major customers in the Out of Home & Foodservice sector across Germany.
Our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading dairy alternative brand in the DACH region.
You will be responsible for ensuring Oatly is available and visible to key account customers in the Out of Home channel.
You will be responsible both strategically and operationally for implementing our OOH strategy with your customers.
You will identify the most important major customers based on our OOH strategy and build successful, long-term relationships.
You will work with market and sales analyses and derive the corresponding strategic measures.
You will work cross-functionally and develop initiatives with various departments to excite our current and new consumers in the OOH channel.
Requirements
Ideally, you have relevant experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG, gastronomy, or foodservice industries.
You bring strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of numbers, are proficient in Excel, and possibly have experience with Power BI.
You work in a structured and focused way without ever losing sight of the big picture.
You are known for being hands-on and proactive – speed is your best friend.
You have your heart in the right place and are highly motivated to make the world a bit better.
You are a genuine communication talent and enjoy interacting with people.
You always see the glass as half full, are solution-oriented, assertive, and persistent.
You are willing to travel and enjoy being on the road.
You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English.
