Requirements
Several years of new-business sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals in Banking or Insurance in Germany, and an active network of senior buyers in the segment you target.
Strong commercial drive and the confidence to navigate senior stakeholders up to C-level.
Experience selling custom services into complex technical environments, ideally involving software, data, AI, or technology consulting.
Professional services background, ideally from a delivery-led firm.
You know how to sell engineering-led work, not body leasing.
Fluent business German, written and spoken, is essential for senior client conversations, negotiations, and relationship building; strong English is a plus for internal collaboration and international contexts.
