Requirements
10+ years’ experience across marketing and communications, ideally within service-based industries such as financial services, professional services, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capability, with strong written communication and project management skills.
Proven experience operating within a large corporate environment, with the ability to navigate complexity and engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Exposure to technology, digital products, or technology-related communications/marketing initiatives would be beneficial.
Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset, to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, confident in writing and editing, and adept at working as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Proven project management and organisational skills, capable of managing complexity and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a constructive approach to feedback and high resilience and adaptability.
