Provide advanced administrative support to the VP, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management
Independently manage changing priorities and time-sensitive requests, often requiring availability outside of standard business hours
Prepare, edit, and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Coordinate logistics and communications with senior internal leaders, customers, government stakeholders, and external partners
Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and customer engagements, including travel and on-site support when required
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times.
Track action items, commitments, and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure timely completion
Requirements
7+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders (VP level or above)
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
