Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining room
Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)
Manage beverage program; maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu development
Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassador
Encourages a positive work environment for all staff
Requirements
4-5 years restaurant experience
1 year management experience
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
