Responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination, and oversight of Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations during assigned shifts
Ensure aircraft servicing operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards
Provide frontline leadership across all flight line operations
Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards
Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
Provide direct supervision of TAS personnel during assigned shifts
Coordinate daily tasking and priorities; assign work, monitor execution, and resolve operational challenges
Schedule and manage shift coverage to maintain required 24/7/365 service levels
Inspect and audit in-process and completed work to verify compliance with PWS requirements
Communicate operational status, issues, and performance updates to the Site Manager and leadership team

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain/ maintain a SECRET clearance
Ability to maintain operational continuity across rotations and work within Government-led governance rhythms
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
Demonstrated hands-on experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Strong knowledge of: Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures
Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations
Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
