Role Overview
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Participate in user-centered design activities, including creating journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor, coach, and train junior UX designers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or similar fields or equivalent years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience in UX design
- 3+ years experience in Figma
- 7+ years experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- 3+ years experience with responsive and mobile design
