Planning and conducting user research across our Hybrid Intelligence Product Loop
Synthesizing user insights into decision-ready foundations for Product Owners and product teams
Advising our clients, providing recommendations and making assumptions explicit
Responsible for expanding and automating our design and research pipeline using AI tools
Translating research results into UX concepts, flows, and testable prototypes
Close collaboration with Product, Strategy, and Development
Active role in maintaining quality standards

4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (web, SaaS, dashboards, apps)
Solid experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
Strong customer focus and excellent consulting/advisory skills
Experience with common AI tools and the ability to integrate them into research and design workflows
Proficient with Figma and common research and prototyping tools
Fluent in German and English (required)
