Manages employees who develop, coordinate and implement property management and control activities

Works collaboratively with Materials Management/Property Management site Senior Leaders
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of teams and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains business relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, Business Unit counterparts, partners, auditors and direct reports as well as monitor metrics and self-assessment results to ensure continuous compliance
Works with Government (i.e. DCMA, DCAA, NASA, etc.) property administrators to address issues timely and escalate when required to ensure results
Requirements
5+ years of experience applying audit standards, procedures, and techniques
5+ years of experience managing Government or Capital Property
5+ years of experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS compliance
3+ years of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
3+ years of experience leading project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables
3+ years of experience creating project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones
3+ years of experience using LEAN manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
3+ years of experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
3+ years of experience engaging with global customers, suppliers, and partners.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
