Role Overview
- Manage relationships with AI and legal tech vendors
- Lead vendor onboarding, implementation, and performance tracking
- Monitor SLAs, risks, and product roadmaps
- Partner with business and tech teams to deploy AI-powered workflows
- Drive implementation sprints and eliminate delivery bottlenecks
- Build and manage a reusable AI workflow library
- Maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Manage AI risk registers and support audits/compliance reviews
- Champion responsible and ethical AI practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Legal, Risk, HR, Finance)
- Provide reporting, dashboards, and governance updates
- Support AI Help Desk operations and ensure SLA adherence
- Guide users on AI tools and governance-compliant usage
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience, with 3+ years in AI, legal tech, or governance roles
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, operations, and risk
- Experience with AI/legal tech tools and vendor management
- Good project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight
- Background in Legal Tech / Legal Operations (desirable)
- Exposure to AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) (desirable)
- Experience driving AI adoption or change initiatives (desirable)
- Relevant AI, governance, or project certifications (desirable)
