Independently manage and execute projects related to our product Opus::L in close coordination with customers and internal specialist departments
Identify project risks early and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures
Oversee project controlling, including preparation of project reports for customers and department management
Support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, including on-site support
Assist with proposal preparation in close collaboration with the various teams
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or related field), preferably with a focus on healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in healthcare with several years of professional experience
Several years' experience with medical laboratory processes—particularly microbiology—in a hospital setting, as well as experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is desirable
Experience with Opus::L or other Laboratory Information Systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills with a careful working style and high quality standards
Flexible, customer-oriented approach to daily tasks
Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with software tools such as Confluence and Shell is a plus
Fluent German and good command of English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
